Choose Your Role
Transport + Setup Crew
Help unload and organize donations before doors open. You’ll move supplies, arrange distribution stations, and make sure everything is ready to go when families arrive.
Distribution Team
Work directly with families as they come through the line. You’ll hand out food, answer questions, and ensure every family leaves with what they need. Great for kids who love being in the action.
Traffic + Flow Team
Keep things moving smoothly in the parking lot and throughout the event. You’ll guide cars, direct foot traffic, and help prevent bottlenecks so the whole operation runs on time.
Welcome + Outreach Crew
Be the first face families see. You’ll greet arrivals, help them check in, share info about Kentucky Cares, and make sure everyone feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they pull up.
Floaters
Jump in wherever you’re needed most. Floaters move between stations, fill in gaps, and keep energy high across the whole event — perfect if you like staying flexible and seeing it all.
